Welco Foods was originally formed in 1995 to act as an import agency.
In 2000 Welco launched a range of innovative bulk packed bar snacks under the Welco Bar Snacks brand.
In 2004 Barfly Barbites were launched as a single portion alternative.
In 2008 Barfly Healthybites were launched in order to capitalise on the ever growing trend towards healthy snacking.
